Stage 5 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping ability, and vehicle control on- and off-road. The system includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms. Coilovers are height adjustable for increased front lift and allow larger wheel and tire combinations, while ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV provides near-instant, per-shock compression damping adjustments via a phone app.

The Delta Joint PRO upper control arm design combines factory-style durability with motorsports-grade performance: rebuildable and serviceable components, increased bearing surface for longevity, extended articulation for bind-free movement, hardened chromoly components, replaceable races, and improved lubrication channels for long life under extreme use.

Delta Joint PRO highlights: rebuildable/serviceable design; 56% more bearing surface vs standard Delta Joint; full 90° articulation (approx. 14% improvement); chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55; replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races; improved lubrication channels for longer service life.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with F-150 Raptor, models equipped with OnBoard Scales, or vehicles with factory-installed electronically controlled/continuous controlled damping suspension.
• Front lift varies by configuration: PowerBoost hybrid engines ≈ 3.25"–4.25"; Power‑Stroke diesel engines ≈ 3"–4". Stated coilover heights apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift on most models (2" maximum rear lift).
• OEM wheel and tire combinations may not be compatible; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
• Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Requires ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms as part of the system.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
