The ICON Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping performance, and deliver enhanced vehicle control and ride quality for serious drivers. This vehicle-specific kit includes CNC-machined high-strength steering knuckles that replicate Tremor geometry, height-adjustable front coilovers with remote reservoirs, Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms, multi-rate rear leaf springs, and CDCV-adjustable shocks to balance performance front to rear.

• Vehicle-specific Tremor-style steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry and enable increased wheel travel.
• Adjustable 2.5" front coilovers: Tuned coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs for improved cooling and damping; adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" of front lift (varies by engine/configuration).
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with ICON's Delta Joint PRO — rebuildable, serviceable joint with increased bearing surface, improved sealing, and extended articulation for bind-free suspension movement.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks: Vehicle-specific valving with enhanced damping and heat dissipation; all shocks include externally adjustable CDC valves offering 10 compression settings.
• Multi-rate leaf springs: Rear spring options to customize spring rate and ride height, reduce axle wrap, and eliminate factory rear blocks.
• Billet aluminum lowering shackles: 1" billet aluminum shackles with OE-style bushings for reduced noise and maintenance-free operation.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts, chromoly hardware, FK rod ends, and hardened components for longevity.

• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending headlamps and/or onboard scales may require additional parts (part number 611081) and/or recalibration.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor models.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear of the vehicle.
• PowerBoost hybrid-equipped models: front lift range approximately 3.25"–4.25" over stock; Power Stroke diesel-equipped models: front lift range approximately 3"–4" over stock.
• Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended for proper fitment; 6 mm offset is commonly recommended. Tire clearance supports up to 34" x 12.50" tires in many configurations, but larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications.
