The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This complete bolt-on system reproduces Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and vehicle-specific tuned components for balanced front-to-rear performance.

• High-strength ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry for improved wheel travel and handling.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs (CDXS-equipped) for enhanced cooling and 3.5–4.5" of front lift over stock on most configurations.
• ICON-engineered coil springs tuned for consistent vehicle feel through the full range of travel.
• 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits, with improved ride quality and no change in towing capacity.
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO for increased strength, durability, expanded alignment spec range, and preserved caster for lifted applications.
• ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDXS piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and increased heat dissipation to balance front and rear damping.
• CDXS compression damping provides independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for fine tuning handling response and aggressiveness.

• Front lift height range varies by powertrain: PowerBoost hybrid models ~3.25–4.25" over stock; Power-Stroke diesel models ~3–4" over stock; many configurations allow 3.5–4.5" front lift.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift on most models.
• OEM wheel and tire fitment may not be compatible with this system; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended maximum tire size: up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: approximately 6 mm for typical fitment with the specified tire sizes.
