Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD engineered to increase wheel travel, damping capability, and overall vehicle control on- and off-road. The system pairs high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry with vehicle-specific tuned coilovers and rear shocks to deliver improved ride quality, cooling, and compatibility with larger wheel and tire combinations.

The kit includes adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, tubular Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks. Coilovers are height adjustable and retain factory alignment range while providing increased caster and suspension articulation.

• Steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry.
• Adjustable front lift: 2.5" coilover shocks adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" of front lift over stock (varies by engine and equipment).
• Remote reservoir coilovers: 2.5" series coilovers with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs for improved cooling and consistent damping.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with rebuildable, serviceable Delta Joint PRO articulation joints that increase strength, durability, and range of motion while maintaining alignment specification range.
• Rear shock tuning: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• External compression adjustment: Included CDC Valves provide 10 externally adjustable compression damping settings.
• Durable construction: Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" hardened chromed shafts, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, FK rod end bearings, and CNC-machined alloy lower bar pins.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required.

Delta Joint PRO details: The Delta Joint PRO combines factory-style durability with motorsports-level strength. It features a larger ball for increased bearing surface, a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, improved lubrication channels, and a rebuildable/serviceable design for long-term serviceability and up to 90° of articulation.

Performance summary: Provides up to a 20% increase in front wheel travel over other coilover kits, improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity, and compatibility with larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations when using recommended offsets.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will have a front lift height range of approximately 3.25–4.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power‑Stroke diesel engines will have a front lift height range of approximately 3–4" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift over stock on most models (2" maximum rear lift).
• OEM wheels and tires may not be compatible with this system; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel fitments: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
• Recommended tire fitment up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
