ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered for maximum performance, increased wheel travel and superior damping. This complete bolt-on system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and vehicle-specific tuned components to deliver improved vehicle control and ride quality.

The Stage 4 kit includes 2.5" coilover shocks with remote CDCV reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, 2.5 Series piggyback rear shocks with CDXS compression adjustment, and multi-rate rear leaf springs with billet aluminum lowering shackles to provide configurable rear ride height and reduced axle wrap.

• 2.5" front coilovers with CDCV remote reservoirs for improved cooling and damping
• Adjustable front lift: 3.5"–4.5" over stock (vehicle-specific ranges may vary by engine/equipment)
• 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 kits
• Billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms — retain alignment specs, provide on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment and a rebuildable serviceable joint
• ICON CDXS compression valves with separate high-speed and low-speed adjustment (10 detented settings each)
• 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks with 7/8" hardened chromed shafts and vehicle-specific valving
• Multi-rate rear leaf springs with three user-adjustable spring rates for unique vehicle setups
• Reduced rear axle wrap and improved ride quality compared to stock leaf springs
• Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts and FK rod end bearings for longevity
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and high-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pin
• Billet aluminum lowering shackles with OE-style bushings for maintenance- and noise-free operation
• 100% bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required
• Recommended wheel/tire fitment: up to 34" x 12.50" tires; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended
• Recommended example wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset)
• Corollary components: Delta Joint PRO upper control arms and ICON-specified hardware included or required as part of the system

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed Electronically Controlled Suspension / Continuous Controlled Damping systems in certain configurations.
• May require recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Vehicles with Dynamic Bending Headlamps may require part #611071.
• If equipped with Dynamic Bending Headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part #611081 may also be required.
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales and will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Rear springs are configurable to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear of the vehicle.
• Front lift height ranges are vehicle-dependent: PowerBoost hybrid models: ~3.25"–4.25"; PowerStroke diesel models: ~3"–4". Other configurations may yield 3"–4.5" ranges depending on equipment.
• OEM wheel and tire combinations are not compatible with all setups; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended to achieve the listed tire clearances.
