ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered for maximum wheel travel, improved damping, and superior vehicle control. This bolt-on system converts the front geometry to Tremor-style geometry, adds adjustable high-performance coilovers with remote reservoirs, and upgrades rear suspension with multi-rate leaf springs for customizable ride height and improved axle control.

• High-strength Tremor-style steering knuckles: CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry for increased wheel travel and improved control.
• Adjustable front coilovers: Vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, adjustable for approximately 3.5"–4.5" of front lift (ranges vary by engine and vehicle equipment).
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Billet aluminum arms with ICON Delta Joint PRO — rebuildable, serviceable design with increased articulation, durability, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment to retain alignment specs.
• Matched rear damping: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear damping.
• Externally adjustable CDC Valves: 10 settings of compression damping for fine-tuning ride from soft to firm.
• Multi-rate rear leaf springs: Three user-adjustable rear spring rates to tailor rear ride height and spring rate; reduces axle wrap and improves ride quality compared to stock leaf springs.
• Billet aluminum lowering shackles: Maintain rear ride height and include OE-style bushings for maintenance- and noise-free operation.
• Corrosion-resistant hardware: CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" hardened chromed shafts, and 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined components.
• Strength and durability features: Hardened chromoly ball/shaft, replaceable graphite-impregnated races, and redesigned lubrication channels for extended service life.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no cutting or welding required.

Performance and fitment highlights: The front geometry conversion and upgraded components yield approximately a 20% increase in front wheel travel over other ICON F-150 kits, while preserving towing capacity. Supports larger wheel and tire combinations (see notes).

Typical ride height ranges (subject to vehicle engine/equipment): Front approximately 3.5"–4.5" with ICON coilovers; rear configurable approximately 1.5"–3.5". Models with PowerBoost hybrid engines will see a front range near 3.25"–4.25"; Power Stroke diesel models will see a front range near 3"–4".

Wheel and tire guidance: Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended. Tire fitment commonly supports up to 34" x 12.50" with appropriate wheel selection; use recommended wheel offsets (around 6 mm) for optimal fitment.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension systems.
• Additional vehicle-specific components may be required for trucks equipped with dynamic bending headlamps or onboard scales.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required as part of this system.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor models.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear.
