ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping and deliver superior on- and off-road control for the 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD. This complete bolt-on system combines vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, heavy-duty steering knuckles, billet aluminum adjustable upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, and matched rear shocks to provide balanced performance, cooling and adjustability.

• Steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry for improved travel and control.
• Front coilovers: 2.5" series coilovers with remote reservoirs and CAD-plated shock bodies for improved cooling and corrosion resistance; height adjustable for increased front lift.
• Lift range: Adjustable front lift up to 3.5–4.5" over stock for most configurations.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Billet aluminum arms with rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for increased strength, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment and extended articulation.
• CDXS compression valves: Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) with independent high- and low-speed compression adjustability (10 detented settings each) for precise tuning of handling response.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts.
• Travel improvement: Up to a 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other coilover kits while maintaining towing capacity.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, FK rod end bearings, and high-strength CNC-machined lower bar pins.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no cutting or welding required.

Delta Joint PRO highlights:

• Rebuildable, serviceable design — individual components can be inspected and replaced without replacing the entire joint.
• 56% more bearing surface than the standard Delta Joint, with a full 90° of articulation for bind-free suspension movement.
• Chromoly ball and shaft with bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C55 and graphite-impregnated sintered metal replaceable races for durability.
• Improved lubrication channels and sealing for longer service life.

CDXS adjustability: Independent control of high-speed and low-speed compression with 10 discrete detented settings on each adjustment knob, allowing separate tuning for handling response and overall ride aggressiveness.

Additional construction & performance details: Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8" shock shafts, vehicle-specific shock valving, and rear shock compatibility designed to balance front and rear damping for superior vehicle control.

Recommended wheel & tire guidance: OEM wheel/tire combinations are not compatible in all cases; lower offset / less backspace wheels are commonly required. Recommended wheel sizes and offsets: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset). Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension (continuous controlled damping systems).
• Does not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost (hybrid) engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3.25–4.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3.0–4.0" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift on most models (2" maximum rear lift recommended).
• Dynamic bending (auto-leveling) headlights require purchase of Part #611071 for compatibility.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required for this system.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
