ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping capacity and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system features high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms for strength and alignment adjustability.

This bolt-on system is height adjustable to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining improved ride quality and increased wheel travel. All shocks are CDCV-equipped with externally adjustable compression damping valves offering multiple settings to tune performance.

Notes

• Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
• Recommended tire: up to 34" x 12.50". Larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension or models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Some configurations equipped with dynamic bending headlamps require part number 611071.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift range varies by engine and vehicle equipment: approximately 3.0–4.5 inches depending on configuration (PowerBoost hybrid: ~3.25–4.25"; Power‑Stroke diesel: ~3.0–4.0").
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2 inches of rear lift on most models.
