ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road control. The system combines high-strength CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor geometry, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms, multi-rate rear leaf springs, and billet aluminum components to provide adjustable lift, enhanced durability, and refined ride quality.

• High-strength Tremor-style steering knuckles replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry for increased travel and control.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and damping; front height adjustable for approximately 3.5"–4.5" of lift over stock (application-dependent).
• Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms with rebuildable articulation joints that increase bearing surface, improve lubrication sealing, and provide expanded range of motion.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed shafts for balanced front/rear performance.
• ICON multi-rate leaf springs enable rear spring rate and ride-height customization while reducing axle wrap; billet aluminum lowering shackles maintain rear ride height.
• Corrosion-resistant, CNC-machined components including 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum parts and hardened lower bar pins.
• FK rod end bearings for extended longevity and minimal deflection.
• 100% bolt-on installation with no cutting or welding required.
• Supports larger tires and aggressive wheel/tire combinations when paired with appropriate aftermarket wheels.

Key specifications

• Typical front lift: 3.5"–4.5" over stock (varies by engine and suspension equipment).
• PowerBoost hybrid-equipped models: front lift range approximately 3.25"–4.25".
• Power-Stroke diesel-equipped models: front lift range approximately 3.0"–4.0".
• Rear lift: configurable to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" rear lift or to tune ride height for added static weight.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 6 mm offset commonly recommended; specific wheel fitment varies by wheel size and backspacing.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• If equipped with dynamic bending headlamps and/or onboard scales, part number 611081 may be required.
• Reduction in rear spring rate may reduce accuracy of onboard scales, if equipped.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide approximately 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height to compensate for added static weight in the rear of the vehicle.
• Aftermarket wheel recommendations (example offsets/backspace): 17x8.5" w/5.0" backspace (6 mm offset); 18x9" w/5.25" backspace (6 mm offset); 20x9" w/5.625" backspace (16 mm offset). Adjust wheel choice based on vehicle configuration.
