The 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 3 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This bolt-on system pairs Tremor-style CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with vehicle-specific 2.5" coilovers and remote reservoirs, tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO, and piggyback rear shocks for balanced performance front to rear.

• 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other coilover kits, improving ride quality without changing towing capacity
• Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and high-strength alloy machined hardware
• 100% bolt-on installation — no cutting or welding required

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover height specifications apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• PowerBoost hybrid-equipped models will have a front lift range of approximately 3.25"–4.25" over stock; Power-Stroke diesel-equipped models will have a front lift range of approximately 3"–4" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift on most models (2" maximum recommended).
• OEM wheel and tire fitment varies; not compatible with all factory wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended. Typical recommended offsets are around 6 mm. Tire fitment up to 34" x 12.50" is attainable; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
