ICON Vehicle Dynamics

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road ride quality. This vehicle-specific system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength steering knuckles, height-adjustable 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs, billet Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and multi-rate rear springs for tunable rear ride height and improved axle control.

• Vehicle fitment: 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD
• Front lift: Adjustable 3.5"–4.5" over stock (varies by configuration and engine)
• Rear lift: Configurable 1.5"–3.5" using multi-rate leaf springs
• Coilovers: 2.5" series front coilovers with remote reservoirs, CAD-plated bodies and 7/8" shafts for improved cooling and corrosion resistance
• Steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles that replicate Tremor geometry for increased front wheel travel
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum arms with Delta Joint PRO for increased strength, on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment, and alignment range retention
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed shafts
• Rear springs: ICON multi-rate leaf springs offering three user-adjustable spring rates for unique vehicle setups and reduced axle wrap
• Hardware & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, FK rod end bearings, CNC machined lower bar pin, and billet aluminum lowering shackles with OE-style bushings
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required
• Performance: Tuned front and rear valving for balanced damping and up to a 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits

Delta Joint PRO

The Delta Joint PRO articulation joint combines the longevity of factory-style ball joints with motorsports-level strength and articulation. It features a rebuildable, serviceable design, increased bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, full 90° articulation, a chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races for durable, low-friction operation.

Rear spring options

Three user-adjustable rear spring rates allow unloaded rear lift of approximately 1.5" up to 3.5" and enable tuning to compensate for added static weight or to achieve a desired ride height and spring rate balance.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models; will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with factory electronically controlled suspension or models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Vehicles with Dynamic Bending / Auto-Leveling headlamps require part 611071; if equipped with Dynamic Bending headlamps and/or OnBoard Scales, part 611081 is also required.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Front lift ranges vary by powertrain: PowerBoost hybrid models approximately 3.25"–4.25" over stock; PowerStroke diesel models approximately 3"–4" over stock; typical configurations 3.5"–4.5" over stock depending on options.
• Rear springs can be configured to provide 1.5"–3.5" of rear lift or to tune ride height for added static weight.
• OEM wheels and tires are not compatible with all factory combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset are recommended (approximately 6 mm offset). Maximum recommended tire size is 34" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
