ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 3 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 3 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver exceptional on- and off-road vehicle control and ride quality. This vehicle-specific kit reproduces Tremor suspension geometry, features adjustable remote-reservoir coilovers, and includes strengthened components to support larger wheel and tire combinations while retaining alignment adjustability and serviceability.

• Tremor-style steering knuckles: High-strength CNC-machined ductile iron knuckles replicate F-150 Tremor geometry for improved suspension performance.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilovers: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and damping; height adjustable for increased front ride height.
• Front lift range: Coilovers allow increased front lift to accommodate larger tires and wheel combinations.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Billet aluminum arms with ICON Delta Joint PRO provide increased strength, rebuildable serviceability, extended articulation (90°), and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment while retaining factory alignment range.
• Rear damping matched: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving balance front and rear performance.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts, FK rod end bearings, and CNC-machined bar pins.
• Serviceability: Shocks and joints designed for rebuild and service; coilover heights specified for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system with no cutting or welding required for install.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models of the 2021–2025 Ford F-150.
• Front lift varies by engine and equipment: typical range up to 3.5–4.5" over stock; PowerBoost hybrid models approximately 3.25–4.25"; Power‑Stroke diesel models approximately 3–4".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift on most models (2" maximum rear lift).
• Not compatible with vehicles equipped with factory electronically controlled/continuous controlled damping suspension or models with OnBoard Scales.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor models.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending headlamps require part number 611071.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are generally recommended. Tire fitment up to 34" x 12.50" is commonly achievable; larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Shock and coilover serviceability: shocks are fully serviceable and coilover heights indicated are for stock-equipped vehicles.
