ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This vehicle-specific system replicates Tremor suspension geometry via high-strength CNC machined steering knuckles and pairs adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms and piggyback rear shocks for balanced performance front-to-rear.

• Vehicle-specific Tremor-style steering knuckles machined from high-strength ductile iron to replicate Tremor suspension geometry.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs and CAD-plated bodies offering 3.5–4.5" of front lift over stock (range varies by vehicle configuration).
• ICON-engineered coil springs tuned for superior vehicle feel and increased wheel travel (approximately 20% more front travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits).
• Delta Joint PRO tubular upper control arms featuring a rebuildable, serviceable articulation joint with improved bearing surface, lubrication, and a chromoly hardened ball and shaft.
• 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks with 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts and vehicle-specific valving for increased damping and heat dissipation.
• Durable CNC-machined components including 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum parts, FK rod end bearings, and a high-strength alloy lower bar pin.
• 100% bolt-on installation—no drilling, cutting, or welding required for standard installs.
• Coilovers are height adjustable and fully serviceable; shocks are designed for rebuild and maintenance.

Notes

• Not compatible with all OEM wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset and less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended wheel sizes and offsets: 17x8.5" with ~5" backspace (~6mm offset), 18x9" with ~5.25" backspace (~6mm offset), 20x9" with ~5.625" backspace (~16mm offset).
• Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Fits 4WD models only; will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled/continuous controlled damping suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required for this system.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover height ranges are specified for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Front lift height varies by powertrain and suspension: PowerBoost hybrid models ~3.25–4.25" front lift; Power-Stroke diesel models ~3–4" front lift; typical coilover range for many configurations is ~3.5–4.5".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–2" of rear lift on most models (maximum recommended rear lift is 2").
