ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 2 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior on- and off-road vehicle control and ride quality. The system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles and combines vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks for a balanced performance upgrade front to rear.

• Tremor-style steering knuckles — high-strength CNC machined ductile iron to replicate Tremor suspension geometry.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks — internal reservoir design with superior cooling and vehicle-specific valving; height adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" front lift over stock (vehicle-dependent).
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms — billet aluminum construction with rebuildable, serviceable articulation joints for increased durability, 90° articulation, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment.
• Rear piggyback reservoir shocks — 2.5 Aluminum Series rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts for improved damping and heat dissipation.
• Increased wheel travel — up to 20% more front wheel travel compared to other coilover kits for improved suspension movement and ride quality.
• Robust components — 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined parts, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, FK rod end bearings, and CNC machined lower bar pin.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceability — shocks are fully serviceable and Delta Joint PRO components are rebuildable and replaceable without replacing the entire joint.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD Ford F-150 models from 2021–2025; will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales or with factory-installed electronically controlled / continuous controlled damping suspension.
• Front lift range varies by powertrain: approximately 3.5–4.5" over stock for most models; Vehicles with PowerBoost hybrid engines: ~3.25–4.25"; Power‑Stroke diesel engines: ~3–4".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with most models having 0–2" of rear lift (2" maximum rear lift).
• OEM wheels and tires may not be compatible with this system; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel examples: 17x8.5" (5.00" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but could require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Coilover heights shown are for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending (auto-leveling) headlamps require part number 611071.
