ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 1 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system replicates Tremor suspension geometry with high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles and includes vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO.

• High-strength ductile iron steering knuckles replicate Tremor suspension geometry for improved control and increased wheel travel.
• Adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs provide exceptional cooling and are height adjustable for increased front lift.
• Front lift height adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" over stock on most models (see notes for engine-specific ranges).
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO provide added strength, durability, expanded alignment range, and improved articulation while retaining factory alignment specs.
• 20% increase in front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits, improving off-road capability and ride quality without changing towing capacity.
• Vehicle-specific valved rear shocks (ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube internal reservoir) balance performance front to rear.
• Corrosion resistant coilover bodies and hardened shafts — CAD-plated bodies with 7/8" shafts up front and 5/8" hardened chromed steel shafts in the rear.
• Durable precision components including FK rod end bearings, CNC machined 6061 aluminum components, and high-strength CNC machined lower bar pin.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Delta Joint PRO features

• Serviceable, rebuildable design allows individual components to be removed, inspected, and replaced without replacing the entire joint.
• Improved strength and durability from a larger ball with increased bearing surface and chromoly ball/shaft hardened to Rockwell C55.
• Enhanced articulation with 90° of total articulation for bind-free suspension movement and a 14% improvement over the original Delta Joint.
• Replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races and improved lubrication channels for longer life.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Will not work with factory installed electronically controlled suspension.
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3.25–4.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power-Stroke diesel engines will have a front lift range of approximately 3–4" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift on most models; maximum rear lift of 1".
• OEM wheels and tires: not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are commonly required.
• Recommended wheel/tire guidance: supports up to 34" x 12.50" tires; larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
