ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping for superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system includes high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate Tremor suspension geometry, vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms. Coilovers are height adjustable to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations while maintaining alignment range and strength.

The ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arm features a rebuildable, serviceable design for long life and easy maintenance. It offers increased bearing surface and articulation for bind-free suspension movement, hardened chromoly components for durability, replaceable graphite-impregnated races, and an improved lubrication system for extended service intervals.

• Steering knuckles: High-strength ductile iron knuckles that replicate F-150 Tremor suspension geometry
• Adjustable coilovers: Tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoirs; adjustable for approximately 3.5–4.5" front lift over stock (vehicle-specific ranges apply)
• Delta Joint PRO upper arms: Billet aluminum arms with rebuildable Delta Joint PRO for strength, durability, alignment range, and on-vehicle caster/camber adjustment
• Increased wheel travel: Approximately 20% more front wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits
• Rear shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube internal-reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance
• Corrosion resistance: CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts and 5/8" hardened chromed steel rear shafts
• Precision components: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components, FK rod end bearings, and CNC machined lower bar pin
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-150 Raptor.
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled or continuously controlled damping suspension.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending headlamps require part number 611071.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• PowerBoost (hybrid) engines: front lift range approximately 3.25–4.25" over stock.
• Power-Stroke diesel engines: front lift range approximately 3.0–4.0" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1" of rear lift on most models (1" maximum).
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel fitment examples (lower offset / less backspace recommended): 17x8.5" with 5.00" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset.
• Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and other modifications).
• ICON Delta Joint PRO upper control arms are required for this system.
