Stage 5 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD, engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. Features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, height-adjustable coilovers, and tubular upper control arms with the Delta Joint PRO for added strength, durability, and alignment retention. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV electronic valves provides active compression damping adjustment and wireless control via a compatible iOS device.

• Adjustable front lift: Coilovers are height adjustable to provide approximately 2.75–3.5" front lift over stock (typical range).
• Front shocks: 2.5" Series coilovers with remote piggyback reservoirs for improved cooling and vehicle-specific valving.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with ICON's rebuildable Delta Joint PRO—56% more bearing surface, full 90° articulation, chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and improved lubrication channels for extended life and serviceability.
• Active damping: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each shock enables near-instant compression adjustments; ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors and user settings to actively tune damping.
• Durable construction: Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, FK rod end bearings, high-strength alloy CNC machined lower bar pin, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components.
• Performance: Increased wheel travel and improved ride quality over stock without reducing towing capacity.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system—no cutting or welding required.

Notes:

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor.
• Only compatible with OEM steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will have a front lift range of approximately 2.5–3.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power‑Stroke diesel engines will have a front lift range of approximately 2.25–3" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–1" of rear lift on most models (1" maximum rear lift).
• OEM wheels and tires may not be compatible with all combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel dimensions (examples): 17x8.5" with ~5" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with ~5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with ~5.625" backspace / 16mm offset.
• Recommended maximum tire: 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or other modifications).
