ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 Suspension for 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping capability and overall vehicle control for on- and off-road driving. The system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDEV-equipped remote reservoirs, height-adjustable coilovers, billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms, and 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback rear shocks for a balanced, high-performance ride.

The Delta Joint PRO upper control arms combine a rebuildable, serviceable joint design with increased strength and articulation. The joint uses a larger, hardened chromoly ball and shaft, replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races, and improved lubrication channels to deliver long life and improved bind-free suspension movement.

• Adjustable front lift: 2.75"–3.5" over stock (varies by model and configuration)
• Front shocks: 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs and vehicle-specific valving for improved cooling and damping
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with hardened 7/8" chromed shafts
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum with Delta Joint PRO for increased strength, serviceability and alignment adjustability
• Active damping: Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) with ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) for near-instant compression adjustments
• IIC control: Wireless configuration and automatic adjustments based on onboard sensors
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components, CAD-plated coilover bodies, FK rod end bearings and high-strength CNC machined hardware
• Installation: 100% bolt-on—no cutting or welding required
• Serviceable: Shocks and Delta Joint PRO components are serviceable and rebuildable

Notes

• Not compatible with all factory wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended wheel sizes and offsets: 17x8.5 with ~6mm offset (approx. 5" backspace), 18x9 with ~6mm offset (approx. 5.25" backspace), 20x9 with ~16mm offset (approx. 5.625" backspace).
• Recommended tire size up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and other modifications may be required).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Coilover heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; actual lift varies by model and configuration.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension on applicable models.
• Models equipped with dynamic bending headlamps require an additional part (611071).
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• An iOS device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control app.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor models.
• Not compatible with models equipped with OnBoard Scales.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install in combination with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Lift height variation by powertrain: PowerBoost hybrid models typically achieve ~2.5"–3.25" front lift; Power Stroke diesel models typically achieve ~2.25"–3.0" front lift.
• Included rear shocks are generally compatible with 0"–1" of rear lift on most models (1" maximum rear lift compatibility).
