ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System — 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD

The Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to maximize wheel travel, improve damping capability, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality both on- and off-road. Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks feature remote piggyback reservoirs and ICON's CDXS compression valving for exceptional cooling and independently adjustable high- and low-speed compression. Height-adjustable front coilovers provide increased ground clearance for larger tire and wheel combinations, while tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO retain alignment range and add strength for the extra lift height.

• Adjustable front coilovers: 2.75–3.5" nominal front lift over stock (varies by model/configuration).
• 2.5" coilovers with remote reservoirs: improved shock cooling and vehicle-specific valving.
• Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS): independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each for tuning handling response and aggressiveness.
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO: rebuildable, high-articulation joints that increase durability and preserve alignment specs.
• Rear piggyback reservoir shocks: vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• Durable construction: CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8" hardened chromed shafts, CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components, and high-strength machined hardware.

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover height specifications apply to a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled (continuous controlled damping) suspension systems.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor.
• Only compatible with OEM steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Front lift range varies by powertrain and configuration: PowerBoost models ~2.5–3.25", PowerStroke diesel models ~2.25–3". Typical advertised front lift with aftermarket wheels ~2.75–3.5".
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 1" of rear lift on most models.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 34" x 12.50"; larger tires may require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Some OEM wheel and tire combinations may not fit; wheels with lower offset/less backspace are commonly required for proper fitment.
