ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to maximize wheel travel, damping performance, and overall vehicle control for on- and off-road driving. This vehicle-specific kit features adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and heavy-duty tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO to retain alignment range and increase caster while providing substantial lift capability.

• Adjustable front lift: Coilovers offer 2.75–3.5" of front lift over stock (varies by powertrain; see notes).
• Front shocks: 2.5 Series coilovers with remote reservoirs for improved cooling and vehicle-specific valving.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Tubular arms with rebuildable, serviceable Delta Joint PRO for increased strength, durability, greater articulation, and improved lubrication sealing.
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts.
• Adjustable compression: All shock absorbers equipped with CDC Valves providing 10 compression settings from soft to firm.
• Durable components: Corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts, FK rod end bearings, high-strength alloy CNC machined lower bar pin, and 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components.
• Performance and ride quality: Increased wheel travel and damping for superior vehicle control without changing towing capacity.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system; no cutting or welding required.

Notes

• Not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 17x8.5" with 5" backspace / 6mm offset; 18x9" with 5.25" backspace / 6mm offset; 20x9" with 5.625" backspace / 16mm offset.
• Recommended tires: 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled suspension.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor models.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines will have a lift height range of approximately 2.5–3.25" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines will have a lift height range of approximately 2.25–3" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–1" of rear lift over stock on most models.
