ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The Stage 4 suspension system is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping ability, and deliver enhanced vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. This vehicle-specific kit pairs adjustable 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs and tuned rear shocks to balance performance front to rear, and includes reinforced upper control arms with ICON's Delta Joint PRO for increased strength and articulation.

• Adjustable coilovers — 2.5" front coilovers with remote reservoirs; height adjustable for approximately 2.75"–3.5" of front lift over stock (actual range varies by configuration).
• CDXS compression control — Compression Damping Dual Speed valves with independent high- and low-speed adjustment; 10 detents each for fine tuning handling and aggressiveness.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms — Billet aluminum arms with rebuildable, serviceable articulation joints that increase bearing surface and provide up to 90° of articulation for bind-free suspension movement.
• Tuned rear shocks — 2.5" aluminum-series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving to complement the front coilovers.
• Durable construction — Corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies, hardened chromed shafts, CNC-machined alloy components, and heavy-duty lower mounting hardware.
• Performance-oriented hardware — Rod end bearings for extended longevity, high-strength machined components, and serviceable shock design.
• 100% bolt-on installation — No cutting or welding required for standard installations.

The Stage 4 system is designed for drivers who want to enhance on-road manners and off-road capability while retaining alignment adjustability and component serviceability.

Notes:

• Not compatible with all OEM wheel and tire combinations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset or less backspace are commonly recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket tire size: 34" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but can require fender trimming or additional modifications.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover height ranges are based on a stock-equipped vehicle and may vary with different configurations.
• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with factory-installed electronically controlled or continuously controlled damping suspension systems.
• Not compatible with models equipped with onboard scales.
• Will not fit certain high-performance variants such as Tremor or Raptor models.
• Only compatible with original equipment steering knuckles; do not combine with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending (auto-leveling) headlamps may require additional parts or provisions.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Lift ranges vary by powertrain: hybrid models generally see approximately 2.5"–3.25" front lift, diesel models generally see approximately 2.25"–3.0" front lift.
• Included rear shocks are generally compatible with 0"–1" of rear lift on most models.
