ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping and deliver superior on- and off-road vehicle control and ride quality. The system features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" coilover shocks with CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs, height-adjustable coilovers for increased front lift, billet aluminum Delta Joint PRO upper control arms for strength and alignment adjustability, and matched rear piggyback reservoir shocks to balance performance front-to-rear.

• Adjustable front lift: Coilovers adjustable for approximately 2.75–3.5" of front lift over stock (vehicle and equipment dependent).
• 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs: CDCV-equipped remote reservoirs for improved shock cooling and vehicle-specific valving.
• Externally adjustable compression: ICON CDC Valves provide 10 settings of compression damping, from soft to firm.
• Delta Joint PRO upper control arms: Billet aluminum arms with ICON Delta Joint PRO — rebuildable, high-durability articulation joint with increased bearing surface and 90° of articulation for bind-free movement.
• Improved materials and construction: Chromoly ball and shaft hardened to Rockwell C55, graphite-impregnated sintered metal replaceable races, 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components, corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies and 7/8" hardened chromed steel shafts.
• Matched rear dampers: ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with vehicle-specific valving and enhanced heat dissipation.
• Durability features: FK rod end bearings for longevity, high-strength CNC machined lower bar pin, and fully serviceable shocks.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required.
• Towing capacity: Increased wheel travel and ride quality with no change in towing capacity (vehicle-specific).

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Not compatible with models equipped with factory electronically controlled suspension (Continuous Controlled Damping) or with onboard scales systems.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor models.
• Only compatible with OE steering knuckles; do not install in combination with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Vehicles equipped with dynamic bending (auto-leveling) headlamps require part number 611071.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle; shocks are fully serviceable.
• Models with PowerBoost hybrid engines will typically see a front lift range of approximately 2.5–3.25" over stock; Power‑Stroke diesel models will typically see approximately 2.25–3" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–1" of rear lift on most models (1" maximum rear lift recommended).
• OEM wheels and tires may not be compatible with all configurations; aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel/tire guidance: wheels up to 20x9 with appropriate backspace and offsets; tire recommendation up to 34" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications).
