ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension for 2021–2024 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel, improve damping, and deliver superior vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned coilover shocks with high-strength tubular upper control arms to provide lift, articulation, and durable performance for larger wheel and tire combinations.

System highlights

• Vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoir for improved cooling and damping control.
• Height adjustable coilovers offering approximately 2.75"–3.5" of front lift over stock (actual range varies by vehicle configuration; see notes).
• Tubular upper control arms with Delta Joint PRO — rebuildable, serviceable design with a larger chromoly ball for increased bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, replaceable graphite-impregnated races, and up to 90° of articulation for bind-free suspension movement.
• ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear IFP monotube shocks with vehicle-specific valving to balance front and rear performance.
• Durable construction: corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies, 7/8" shafts up front, 5/8" hardened chromed steel rear shafts, CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum components, high-strength alloy lower bar pin, and FK rod end bearings for longevity.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required in normal installs.
• Shocks are fully serviceable and Delta Joint PRO components are serviceable and replaceable.

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled or continuously controlled damping suspension systems.
• Compatible only with OEM steering knuckles; do not install with aftermarket steering knuckles.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Coilover height ranges vary by powertrain: PowerBoost hybrid models typically achieve approximately 2.5"–3.25" front lift; Power‑Stroke diesel models typically achieve approximately 2.25"–3.0" front lift. Refer to vehicle configuration when selecting final height.
• Included rear shocks are generally compatible with 0–1" of rear lift over stock on most models; maximum rear lift of 1" recommended with provided rear shocks.
• OEM wheels and tire fitment: not compatible with all OE wheel/tire combinations. Aftermarket wheels with lower offset/less backspace are recommended.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes (examples): 17x8.5" (5" backspace / 6mm offset), 18x9" (5.25" backspace / 6mm offset), 20x9" (5.625" backspace / 16mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 34" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and other modifications.
• Coilover heights indicated are based on a stock-equipped vehicle; final ride height and fitment depend on wheel/tire choice and vehicle options.
