ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2025 Ford F-150 4WD Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 suspension system for 2021–2025 Ford F-150 4WD is engineered to increase wheel travel and damping capability for improved vehicle control and ride quality on- and off-road. The system uses vehicle-specific 2.5" coilover shocks with remote reservoirs, ICON-engineered coil springs, and ICON CDXS (Compression Damping Dual Speed) for independent high- and low-speed compression adjustment.

• Purpose-built tuning: Vehicle-specific valving front and rear for balanced damping and control.
• Adjustable coilovers: 2.5" front coilovers with remote reservoirs, height adjustable for approximately 0–2.75" of lift over stock (see notes for engine-specific ranges).
• CDXS adjustable compression: Independent high- and low-speed compression control with 10 discreet detented settings for each knob to fine-tune handling and aggressiveness.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components, high-strength alloy lower bar pins, FK rod end bearings, and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts.
• Rear shock design: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir rear shocks with hard-anodized, one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance and consistent finish.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required.
• Compatibility note: Designed for use with OE upper control arms or original ICON Delta Joint UCAs (see notes).
• Tire and wheel guidance: Fits many OEM wheels and tires; recommended tire up to 33" x 11.50". Typical recommended aftermarket wheel offsets are around 6 mm (examples include 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 with appropriate backspacing).

Notes

• Only fits 4WD models.
• Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Will not work with factory-installed electronically controlled/continuous controlled damping suspension.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Only compatible with stock or original ICON Delta Joint upper control arms; not compatible with ICON Delta Joint Pro UCAs.
• Will not fit F-150 Tremor or F-150 Raptor.
• Models equipped with PowerBoost hybrid engines have a lift height range of approximately 0–2.5" over stock.
• Models equipped with Power Stroke diesel engines have a lift height range of approximately 0–2.25" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with approximately 0–1" of rear lift on most models.
