ICON Stage 3 3.0 Suspension System — 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD / 3500 HD & GMC Sierra 2500 HD / 3500 HD

The ICON Stage 3 3.0 suspension system is a complete vehicle-specific package engineered to improve ride quality, suspension control, and off-road capability for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. The system combines CDEV-equipped V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, upgraded rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys to provide adjustable front lift and increased wheel travel while maintaining a level stance and factory rear ride height.

• Complete Stage 3 package: V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), Delta Joint Pro HD billet aluminum upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys.
• Adjustable front lift: Torsion keys allow approximately 2"–3.5" of front lift over stock (model-specific exceptions noted below).
• Vehicle-specific tuned shocks: Larger diameter pistons, increased oil volume and internal bump zones for improved control over rough terrain; remote reservoirs for better heat dissipation and reduced damper fade.
• ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV: Onboard sensors provide near-instantaneous compression damping adjustments; system configurable and controllable via the ICON app.
• Improved front geometry: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs provide increased camber and caster adjustment, improved component clearance, and allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Rear ride quality retained: Full-replacement rear leaf packs lower spring rate ~20% versus stock and shift overload engagement higher in the travel to improve small-bump compliance while maintaining factory rear ride height.
• Increased wheel travel: Front wheel travel increases approximately 3" over stock when paired with the extended-travel front shocks.
• Serviceability and construction: Shocks are fully serviceable; 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant hard anodized shock bodies.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for standard installations.

• Fitment for OEM wheels and tires: Yes
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" or 20x9" with 12mm offset
• Recommended maximum tire size: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications)

Notes

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X have a reduced front lift range of approximately 0.5"–2" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.
• Helper air bags are recommended for hauling/towing heavy loads.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required for proper operation of the front suspension components in this system.
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
• Some GM models equipped with the Max Trailering Package (2500 HD) and certain 3500 HD models may require removal of the top overload leaf for proper fitment.
