ICON Stage 3 3.0 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 3 3.0 suspension system is engineered for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. This complete system combines vehicle-specific tuned remote reservoir 3.0 Series shocks with CDEV, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, and forged torsion keys to deliver improved ride quality, increased wheel travel, and adjustable front lift.

System highlights:

• Adjustable front lift: 2–3.5" of front lift height over stock (vehicle and configuration dependent)
• Vehicle-specific tuned shocks: 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) for optimized damping and control
• Active damping control: ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV enables near-instant compression damping adjustments based on onboard sensors and user settings
• Improved ride and capability: Larger shock piston area, internal bump zones and increased oil volume for better control over rough terrain while maintaining towing capacity
• Durable upper control arms: Billet 6061 aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs provide corrected front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment and improved component clearance
• Serviceable joints: Rebuildable Delta Joint Pro HD ball joints allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind
• Increased wheel travel: Approximately 3" more front wheel travel over stock when paired with the extended travel front shocks
• Materials & construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies
• No permanent vehicle modifications: 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Additional features:

• Forged steel torsion keys for reliable front height adjustment
• Remote reservoirs increase oil capacity and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use
• Wireless control and configuration through the IIC app

Notes:

• Fits OEM wheels and tires.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 18x9" or 20x9" with 5.5" backspace and approximately 12mm offset.
• Recommended maximum tire size: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.
• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X models will have a reduced front lift height range of approximately 0.5–2" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required for intended performance and travel.
• Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) require recalibration after installation.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
