ICON Stage 2 3.0 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 2 3.0 complete suspension system is engineered for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. This kit combines vehicle-specific tuned V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks with CDXS, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys to deliver improved ride quality, increased wheel travel, and adjustable front lift.

• Front lift adjustment: Adjustable for 2–3.5" of front lift height over stock (torsion key based)
• Shocks: Vehicle-specific tuned 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with increased oil volume and heat dissipation for improved control and reduced fade
• CDXS adjustability: Compression Damping Dual Speed valves provide independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings each
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs correct front-end geometry, increase caster/camber adjustment, improve component clearance, and enable greater wheel travel
• Serviceable joints: Rebuildable ICON Delta Joint Pro HD ball joints allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind
• Rear springs: Full replacement leaf packs lower rear spring rate (~20% reduction vs stock) and shift overload transition higher to improve small-bump compliance while maintaining stock rear ride height
• Increased travel: Front wheel travel increase of approximately 3" over stock when paired with extended-travel front shocks
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies
• Install: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable

• Front lift range: 2–3.5" over stock (note: specific models may have different ranges)
• Rear lift capability: Compatible with up to 2" of rear lift when using included rear shocks; included rear shocks compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock
• Tire fitment: Up to 35 x 12.50 tires (larger tires may require fender trimming/modifications)
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 18x9" or 20x9" wheels with approximately 12mm offset
• Wheel configuration: Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X will have front lift height range of 0.5–2" over stock
• Helper air bags are recommended for hauling/towing heavy loads
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Fits single rear wheel models only
• ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms required
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install
• GM 2500 HD models equipped with Max Trailering Package and GM 3500 HD may require removal of the top overload leaf
