ICON Stage 2 3.0 Suspension System — 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD

Designed for 3/4 and 1-ton trucks, this complete Stage 2 3.0 system pairs vehicle-specific remote reservoir shocks with billet aluminum upper control arms and torsion keys to improve ride quality, increase front wheel travel, and allow front lift adjustability while maintaining working capability.

• Adjustable front lift: 2.0–3.5 in over stock (vehicle-specific exception below).
• Vehicle-specific tuned 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with increased diameter, piston area and oil volume for improved control on rough terrain.
• Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) on all shocks — independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings for each.
• Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms for corrected front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, improved clearance, and full bump/droop travel.
• Forged steel torsion keys that install on factory torsion bars to achieve the specified front lift and a level stance.
• Front wheel travel increased by approximately 3 in over stock when paired with the extended-travel shocks.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components, corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies.
• Serviceable components: shocks are fully serviceable; Delta Joint Pro HD is serviceable/rebuildable.
• 100% bolt-on installation: no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• No change in towing capacity while improving ride quality over stock.

Notes

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X will have a reduced front lift range of 0.5–2.0 in over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2.0 in of rear lift over stock.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required as part of this system.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• OEM wheels and tires retain fitment.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 18x9 in (5.5 in backspace / 12 mm offset) or 20x9 in (5.5 in backspace / 12 mm offset).
• Recommended maximum tire: 35 x 12.50 in (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications).
• Intended for use with up to 2.0 in maximum rear lift when running the listed tire sizes.
