ICON Stage 1 3.0 Suspension System — 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD

The ICON Stage 1 3.0 suspension system is a complete bolt-on upgrade designed to improve ride quality, suspension performance, and capability for 3/4 and 1-ton trucks. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir shocks with CDCV adjustable valves, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys to provide adjustable front lift and increased wheel travel while maintaining rear ride height.

• Complete system: CDCV-equipped V.S. 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks, Delta Joint Pro HD billet aluminum upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and torsion keys.
• Adjustable lift: Torsion keys allow approximately 2–3.5" of front lift height adjustment (vehicle specific ranges apply).
• Advanced damping: Shocks feature larger diameter bodies, increased piston area and oil volume, remote reservoirs for improved heat dissipation, and ICON CDC Valves providing 10 compression damping settings.
• Improved geometry: Billet upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase camber and caster adjustment, improve component clearance, and enable additional front wheel travel when paired with extended-travel shocks.
• Serviceable joints: ICON Delta Joint Pro HD is serviceable and rebuildable to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Rear ride quality: Full replacement rear leaf packs reduce spring rate by approximately 20% vs. stock, shift the overload transition higher in the travel, and maintain factory rear ride height for a level stance.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC machined components, corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies, and forged steel torsion keys.
• Easy installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Technical highlights

• Front lift range: Approximately 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle-specific variants may have different ranges).
• Wheel/tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming and modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offsets: 18x9" or 20x9" wheels with ~12mm offset and ~5.5" backspace are common fitments.
• Rear lift capability: Included rear shocks compatible with 0–2" of rear lift over stock.

Notes

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X models will have a reduced front lift range of approximately 0.5–2" over stock.
• Helper air bags are recommended for hauling or towing heavy loads.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required as part of this system.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• Some GM 2500 HD models equipped with the Max Trailering Package and certain GM 3500 HD configurations may require removal of the top overload leaf.
