ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 3.0 complete suspension system is engineered for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. The kit blends vehicle-specific tuned remote-reservoir shocks with rebuildable upper control arms and torsion keys to improve ride quality, wheel travel, and front-end geometry while maintaining heavy-duty capability.

• Front lift: Adjustable for 2–3.5" over stock (special configurations may have different ranges).
• Shocks: ICON 3.0 Series remote reservoir front and rear shocks with CDC Valves—externally adjustable with 10 compression settings for fine-tuned damping.
• Control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms for corrected geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, improved clearance, and full bump/droop travel; serviceable and rebuildable joint.
• Lift hardware: Forged steel torsion keys that install on factory torsion bars to achieve the advertised front lift.
• Wheel travel: Approximately 3" increase of front wheel travel over stock when paired with the extended-travel shocks.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components; corrosion-resistant hard-anodized shock bodies.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; shocks and joints are rebuildable for long-term maintenance.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Towing/Capability: Improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity.

Specifications

• Tire fitment: Up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming and additional modifications).
• Recommended wheel offset: 12 mm (examples: 18x9" or 20x9" with appropriate backspacing).
• Rear lift compatibility: Included rear shocks compatible with 0–2" rear lift.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys — 18x9" w/ 5.5" backspace / 12mm offset and 20x9" w/ 5.5" backspace / 12mm offset.
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50". Larger tires may fit but will require fender trimming and modifications.
• Will not fit cab & chassis models.
• Certain factory-specific packages (for example Silverado 2500 ZR2 and Sierra 2500 AT4X) will have a front lift height range of approximately 0.5–2" over stock.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• ICON Delta Joint Pro upper control arms are required as part of the system.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
