ICON Stage 6 Suspension System (2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD)

The ICON Stage 6 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade engineered for 2020–2026 2500/3500 HD trucks. The system combines ICON tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV), billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys to improve ride quality, increase front wheel travel, and provide adjustable front lift.

The shocks feature remote reservoirs (front) and piggyback reservoirs (rear) for increased oil volume and heat dissipation, improving damping consistency under heavy use. ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) with CDEV continuously monitors vehicle movement and adjusts compression damping in near real-time; the system is configurable via the IIC app.

• Adjustable front lift: 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle-specific exceptions noted below).
• Shocks: Vehicle-tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front and piggyback rear shocks with CDEV for in-vehicle compression adjustment.
• Electronic control: ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) actively adjusts compression damping using onboard sensors; configurable via phone app.
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs improve camber/caster adjustment, suspension geometry, and component clearance; serviceable/rebuildable Delta Joint eliminates bind through full bump and droop travel.
• Torsion keys: Forged steel torsion keys install on factory torsion bars to achieve the advertised front lift and level stance.
• Rear leaf springs: Full replacement leaf packs lower rear spring rate by ~20% versus stock, shift overload transition higher in travel, and maintain factory rear ride height for a balanced stance.
• Increased travel: Front wheel travel increases approximately 3" over stock when paired with extended-travel front shocks.
• Materials & finish: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system—no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" or 20x9" with 5.5" backspace / 12 mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or modifications).
• Will not fit cab & chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X have a reduced front lift range of 0.5–2" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Some GM models equipped with the Max Trailering Package (2500 HD) and certain 3500 HD configurations require removal of the top overload leaf.
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only (vehicle-specific exceptions may apply).
• Shocks are fully serviceable; stated lift heights are for stock-equipped vehicles.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Helper air bags are recommended when hauling or towing heavy loads.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
