ICON Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 Suspension System is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade engineered for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. The system combines ICON-tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, and forged steel torsion keys to deliver improved ride quality, increased front wheel travel, and 2–3.5" of adjustable front lift.

The front shocks feature remote reservoirs for increased oil capacity and heat dissipation, while ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors and the CDEV to make near-instant compression damping adjustments. The included billet upper control arms correct front-end geometry, provide additional caster and camber adjustment, and the serviceable Delta Joint Pro HD ball joint eliminates bind through full bump and droop travel. The system is 100% bolt-on with no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

• Front lift height: Adjustable 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle and trim dependent)

Notes:

• Fits 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD model years; will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X will have a front lift height range of 0.5–2" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: ICON Alloys 18x9" or 20x9" with 5.5" backspace / 12mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or modifications).
• These systems are to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
• An iOS-operated device is required to run the ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) app.
