ICON Stage 5 Suspension System — 2020-2026 Silverado/Sierra 2500/3500 HD

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade designed to improve ride quality, increase wheel travel, and provide adjustable front lift for 3/4 and 1-ton trucks. The system combines ICON-tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series shocks with CDXS compression control, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and torsion keys to deliver enhanced on- and off-road performance.

• Adjustable front lift: 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle- and configuration-dependent).
• Shocks: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series front remote-reservoir and piggyback rear shocks with increased piston area, oil volume, and internal bump zones for improved damping and control.
• Compression control: Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) valves with independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment — 10 detented settings for each knob to tune handling response and aggressiveness.
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs with serviceable, rebuildable Delta Joint to eliminate bind and allow full bump and droop travel; adds additional camber/caster adjustment and component clearance.
• Torsion keys: Forged steel torsion keys install on factory torsion bars to achieve the specified front lift and help level stance for larger wheel and tire fitment.
• Rear springs: Full replacement leaf packs that lower the rear spring rate by approximately 20%, shift the overload transition point higher in the travel, and maintain factory rear ride height for a level stance.
• Increased travel: Front wheel travel increase of approximately 3" over stock when paired with the extended-travel front shocks.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined aluminum components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies.
• Fitment and tires: Designed to accommodate up to 35" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications); recommended wheel offset: 12 mm.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; Delta Joint Pro HD is serviceable and rebuildable.

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Silverado 2500 ZR2 and Sierra 2500 AT4X variants will have a reduced front lift range of 0.5–2" over stock.
• Helper air bags are recommended for hauling/towing heavy loads.
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only where specified.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only; certain Max Trailering Package models may require removal of the top overload leaf.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
