ICON Stage 5 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 5 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade engineered for heavy-duty 3/4- and 1-ton trucks. It combines remote-reservoir and piggyback shocks with serviceable, heavy-duty front upper control arms and forged torsion keys to deliver improved ride quality, greater wheel travel, and adjustable front lift while maintaining working capability.

• Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front shocks and piggyback-reservoir rear shocks for superior damping, increased oil capacity, and improved heat dissipation under heavy use.
• Compression Damping Dual Speed (CDXS) on all shocks for independent high-speed and low-speed compression adjustment with 10 detented settings for each to fine-tune handling and aggressiveness.
• Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms to correct front-end geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment, improve component clearance, and allow full bump and droop travel with a serviceable, rebuildable joint.
• Forged steel torsion keys that install on factory torsion bars to provide approximately 2–3.5" of front lift height adjustment for a level stance and larger tire fitment.
• Increased front wheel travel — approximately 3" more travel over stock when paired with the extended-travel shocks.
• High-quality materials and construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined components, corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies, and fully serviceable shocks.
• 100% bolt-on installation with no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• No change in towing capacity while improving ride quality and off-road control.

Notes

• Fits 2020–2026 Silverado 2500/3500 and Sierra 2500/3500 HD platform applications.
• Will not fit cab & chassis models.
• ZR2 and AT4X trim-level trucks will see a reduced front lift range of approximately 0.5–2" over stock.
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" or 20x9" with 12mm offset.
• Recommended tire size up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Maximum recommended rear lift: 1.5".
