ICON Stage 4 Suspension System

The ICON Stage 4 Suspension System is a complete suspension upgrade engineered to improve ride quality, off-road capability, and load-carrying performance. The system combines ICON-tuned 2.5 Aluminum Series front remote-reservoir shocks with piggyback rear shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and torsion keys to provide increased front lift, improved wheel travel, and refined damping control.

• Adjustable front lift: 2–3.5" of front lift height via included torsion keys (some models may exhibit a reduced front lift range of 0.5–2").
• Shock technology: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" Aluminum Series remote-reservoir front shocks and piggyback rear shocks with CDC Valves for 10 settings of compression damping adjustment.
• Improved travel and geometry: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms correct front-end geometry, increase camber/caster adjustment, and allow increased wheel travel (approximately +3" front travel over stock).
• Serviceable joints: ICON Delta Joint Pro HD ball joints are serviceable and rebuildable to allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Rear ride quality: Full replacement rear leaf packs lower the spring rate by roughly 20% and shift the overload transition point higher to improve small-bump compliance while maintaining stock rear ride height.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized shock bodies.
• Cooling and fade resistance: Remote reservoirs increase oil volume and heat dissipation to resist overheating and cavitation under heavy use.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

• Front lift range: 2–3.5" (note: some applications may see 0.5–2").
• Rear lift compatibility: included rear shocks compatible with up to 1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Maximum recommended tire size: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 12 mm.
• Front wheel travel increase: approximately 3" over stock.
• Shocks: fully serviceable.
• Fitment: designed for single-rear-wheel configurations.
