ICON Stage 4 Suspension System — Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD (2020–2026)

The ICON Stage 4 complete suspension system is engineered for 3/4- and 1-ton trucks to deliver improved ride quality, increased wheel travel, and greater capability over stock. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" aluminum series remote-reservoir front shocks with piggyback rear shocks, serviceable billet aluminum upper control arms, and forged torsion keys to provide adjustable front lift and enhanced suspension performance.

• Front lift: Adjustable 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle-specific variations apply)
• Shocks: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" aluminum series remote reservoir front and piggyback reservoir rear shocks for superior damping and control
• Compression adjustment: All shocks feature externally adjustable CDC Valves with 10 compression settings
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs for corrected front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, and improved component clearance
• Serviceable joints: Rebuildable Delta Joint Pro HD ball joint design to enable full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind
• Torsion keys: Forged steel torsion keys install on factory torsion bars to achieve the adjustable front lift range
• Increased wheel travel: Approximately 3" more front wheel travel over stock when paired with the extended-travel front shocks
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required
• Towing: Improved ride quality with no change in towing capacity
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable to prevent damper fade under heavy use
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35" x 12.50" tires (larger tires may require fender trimming or additional modifications)
• Recommended wheels: 18x9" or 20x9" with approximately 5.5" backspace / 12mm offset

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X will have a reduced front lift range of 0.5–2" over stock
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation
• OEM wheels and tires will fit; aftermarket fitment recommendations are provided above
