ICON Stage 3 Suspension System — 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD

This complete suspension system is engineered for 3/4 and 1-ton GM trucks. Designed to improve ride quality, increase wheel travel, and provide adjustable front lift, the Stage 3 kit combines vehicle-specific tuned shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms, rear leaf springs, and torsion keys for a durable, serviceable upgrade.

• Includes: ICON V.S. 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir front shocks and piggyback reservoir rear shocks, billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged steel torsion keys.
• Adjustable front lift: 2–3.5" over stock (vehicle-specific exceptions noted below).
• Front travel increase: Approximately 3" more wheel travel versus stock when paired with the extended-travel front shocks.
• Shock performance: Larger-diameter, vehicle-tuned 2.5" shocks with increased piston area, internal bump zones, greater oil volume and remote reservoirs for improved heat dissipation and reduced damper fade under heavy use.
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs provide corrected front-end geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, improved component clearance, and a serviceable/rebuildable ball joint to eliminate bind through full bump and droop travel.
• Rear springs: Full replacement leaf packs lower the rear spring rate by ~20% versus stock, shift the overload transition point higher in the travel, and maintain factory rear ride height for a level stance.
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant hard anodized shock bodies.
• Installation: 100% bolt-on — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.

Notes

• OEM wheels and tires will fit.
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes: 18x9" and 20x9" with approximately 5.5" backspacing (≈12 mm offset).
• Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming and other modifications).
• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X will have a front lift height range of 0.5–2" over stock.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock; recommended maximum rear lift for tire fitment is 1.5".
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only; some dual-rear configurations may require modifications such as removal of the top overload leaf on certain models equipped with the Max Trailering Package.
• Helper air bags are recommended when hauling or towing heavy loads.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated apply to stock-equipped vehicles.
• System may require recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• This system is intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms where specified.
