ICON Stage 2 Suspension System — 2020-2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD & GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD

The ICON Stage 2 suspension system is a complete, vehicle-specific upgrade designed for 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks. It combines remote-reservoir tuned shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms, rear leaf spring packs, and forged torsion keys to improve ride quality, increase front wheel travel, and provide adjustable front lift for larger wheel and tire fitment.

• Vehicle fitment: 2020–2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500/3500 HD and GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD
• Front lift adjustability: 2–3.5" with torsion keys (specific models may vary)
• Shocks: ICON V.S. 2.0 HD Series front and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for increased oil volume, improved heat dissipation, and superior damping control
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD UCAs for corrected front-end geometry, additional camber/caster adjustment, improved clearance, and full bump/droop travel with rebuildable Delta Joint Pro HD ball joints
• Rear suspension: Full replacement rear leaf packs that lower the effective spring rate by approximately 20% and shift the overload transition point higher to improve small-bump compliance while maintaining stock rear ride height
• Increased travel: Approximately 3" more front wheel travel over stock when paired with the extended-travel front shocks
• Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC machined components and corrosion-resistant hard-anodized aluminum shock bodies
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable; Delta Joint Pro HD is serviceable and rebuildable
• Installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required

Notes:

• OEM wheel and tire fitment: Yes.
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9" or 20x9" with 5.5" backspace and approximately 12mm offset.
• Recommended tire size: up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but may require fender trimming or additional modifications).
• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 ZR2 and GMC Sierra 2500 AT4X models will have a reduced front lift range of approximately 0.5–2" over stock.
• Helper air bags are recommended for hauling or towing heavy loads.
• These systems are intended to be used with aftermarket upper control arms only when specified.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Fits single rear wheel (SRW) models only.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with up to 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock; maximum rear lift of 1.5" when using included rear components.
• GM 2500 HD models equipped with the Max Trailering Package and GM 3500 HD models may require removal of the top overload leaf.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
