ICON Stage 2 Suspension System — 2020–2026 Silverado 2500/3500 HD & Sierra 2500/3500 HD

The ICON Stage 2 suspension system is engineered to improve capability, ride quality, and suspension travel for 3/4 & 1-ton trucks. The system combines purpose-built remote reservoir shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms, and forged torsion keys to deliver adjustable front lift, increased wheel travel, and durable serviceable components for demanding on- and off-road use.

• Vehicle-specific ICON V.S. 2.0 HD Series front and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for increased oil volume, improved heat dissipation, and resistance to damper fade under hard use.
• Billet aluminum Delta Joint Pro HD upper control arms provide corrected front-end geometry, increased camber and caster adjustment, improved component clearance, and allow full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Forged steel torsion keys install on factory torsion bars and provide 2.0–3.5" of front lift adjustment for a level stance and larger tire fitment.
• Approximately 3" of additional front wheel travel over stock when paired with the extended travel front shocks.
• 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components with corrosion-resistant hard anodized shock bodies.
• 100% bolt-on installation — no drilling, cutting, or welding required.
• Serviceable and rebuildable shocks and joints to extend service life and simplify maintenance.
• No change in towing capacity while improving ride quality and control.

Key specs: Front lift range: 2.0–3.5" (standard); some factory variants may have a reduced range. Rear shock compatibility supports up to 1.5" of rear lift. Recommended tire fitment up to 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or other modifications). Recommended aftermarket wheel offset: 12 mm.

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Certain factory variants (for example ZR2 and AT4X configurations) will have a reduced front lift range of approximately 0.5–2.0" over stock.
• These systems are intended for use with aftermarket upper control arms only.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Lift heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–1.5" of rear lift over stock.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after install.
