ICON Stage 1 Suspension System — 2020–2026 GM HD 2500/3500

The ICON Stage 1 Suspension System is engineered for 2020–2026 GM HD 2500/3500 trucks to improve ride quality, durability, and wheel travel while preserving working capability. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned shocks, billet aluminum upper control arms with ICON’s Delta Joint, and CNC-machined components to deliver a stout, serviceable, bolt-on upgrade.

• Adjustable lift: 0–2" adjustable lift height over stock
• Shocks: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" front and 2.0" rear internal-reservoir shocks for superior damping and control
• Ride quality: Improved ride over stock with no change in towing capacity
• Upper control arms: Billet aluminum UCAs with Delta Joint allow additional caster and camber adjustment
• Increased travel: Wheel travel increase of 2" over stock when paired with extended travel shocks
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required
• Materials: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant anodized shock bodies
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable

Delta Joint: ICON’s patented Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the articulation characteristics of a uniball. It features a zinc-plated housing for corrosion resistance, a robust grease seal to keep contaminants out, metal-on-metal construction, and a greaseable design for long life and quiet operation. The Delta Joint provides greater angularity than a typical ball joint while offering increased durability over standard uniball designs.

• OEM wheels & tires fitment: Yes
• Recommended aftermarket wheels: 18x9 (5.5" backspace / 12mm offset) or 20x9 (5.5" backspace / 12mm offset)
• Recommended aftermarket tires: 35" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not sold separately; only available as a complete kit.
• Maximum measurement from fender to hub is 26.13". Exceeding this measurement can lead to component failure not covered by warranty.
• The additional down travel provided can cause clearance issues between the sway bar and the stock splash guard as the suspension approaches full extension; a splash guard kit is recommended.
• Used with 0 to 2 inch lift.
