ICON Stage 1 Suspension System — 2011–2019 GM 2500HD/3500HD

The ICON Stage 1 suspension system is engineered to deliver improved on- and off-road drivability and comfort for 2011–2019 GM 2500HD and 3500HD trucks. The system pairs vehicle-specific tuned shocks with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms featuring ICON’s patented Delta Joint to increase durability, angularity, and wheel travel while maintaining towing capability.

• Purpose-built damping: Vehicle-specific tuned 2.5" IFP front and 2.0" aluminum IFP rear shocks provide superior damping and control for the factory torsion bar spring rates.
• Improved ride quality: Optimized shock tuning improves comfort over stock without reducing towing capacity.
• Increased wheel travel: When paired with extended-travel shocks, ICON upper control arms increase wheel travel by approximately 2" over OEM configuration.
• Delta Joint upper control arms: Heavy-duty, high-angle joint combining the durability of a ball joint with the articulation of a uniball; zinc-plated housing and grease seal for corrosion resistance and long service life.
• Durable construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant plated shock bodies.
• Bolt-on installation: 100% bolt-on system — no drilling, cutting, or welding required for install.

Key specifications

• Wheel travel increase: ~2" over stock
• Front lift range: Raises front approximately 0"–2"
• Tire fitment: Use up to 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may require fender trimming or modifications)
• Aftermarket wheel offset: 12 mm recommended (examples: 18x9 or 20x9 with ~5.50" backspace)

• Will not fit Cab & Chassis models.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Not sold separately — kit components are only available as a complete system.
• Maximum measurement from fender to hub is 26.13". Exceeding this maximum lift height can lead to component failure not covered by warranty.
