The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 suspension system is engineered to improve wheel travel, damping capability, and overall vehicle control for both on- and off-road driving. This vehicle-specific system is tuned to the wider track of the GMC Canyon and Chevrolet Colorado Trail Boss platforms and delivers enhanced ride quality and performance under load.
Front 2.5" coilover shocks feature internal reservoirs for improved cooling and vehicle-specific valving. The coilovers are height adjustable to provide 1.75–2.5" of front lift and are longer than stock to increase front wheel travel to a total of 9" from full compression to full extension. Tubular upper control arms with ICON's patented Delta Joint PRO improve strength, durability, and alignment range at lifted heights.
The Delta Joint PRO combines the longevity of factory-style ball joints with the strength and articulation of performance joints. It features a rebuildable design, a larger ball for increased bearing surface, improved lubrication sealing, and up to 90° of articulation. Components include a chromoly ball and shaft with a hardened bearing surface and replaceable graphite-impregnated sintered metal races for a durable, metal-to-metal bearing interface.
