ICON Stage 3 EXP Complete Suspension System — 2019–2026 GM 1500

The ICON Stage 3 EXP suspension system provides front lift and leveling, improved on- and off-road performance, and proper alignment for up to 35" tires on 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups. Combining the 2.5 EXP coilover front shocks with 2.5 Aluminum Series rear piggyback shocks and billet aluminum upper control arms, this system delivers increased travel, durability, and a balanced tune from front to rear.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2019–2026 GM 1500 trucks (Silverado 1500, Sierra 1500).
• Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series coilover-style shocks use the factory coil and hardware, are fully rebuildable, and offer custom-tuned performance with maximum travel in an economical package.
• Adjustable ride height: Front ride heights adjustable approximately 2.375"–3.75" over stock (varies by trim/engine and configuration).
• Rear shocks: 2.5 Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir shocks with larger diameter for improved off-road performance and a smoother street ride; piggyback reservoirs help maintain consistent damping and cooler operating temperatures.
• Internal Bump Zone: Rear shocks include an internal Bump Zone that provides an additional ~20% damping force to better control hard bottom outs.
• Billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs): Improve front-end geometry with increased camber and caster adjustment, enhanced clearance, and added strength; UCAs include ICON’s Delta Joint for full bump and droop travel while eliminating bind.
• Construction: One-piece impact-extruded, hard-anodized aluminum cylinders; 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shafts; CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finish.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Tire fitment: Supports up to 35"x12.50" tires on many Silverado 1500 configurations and up to 34"x12.00" on many Sierra 1500 configurations (minor fender trimming or modifications may be required).
• Ride balance: Front 2.5 EXP coilovers paired with 2.5 Aluminum rear shocks provide balanced vehicle control and an improved driving experience both on- and off-road.

Notes

• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trimming of the upper control arm stop (droop stop) is required or down travel will be limited.
• Recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is required after installation.
• Not compatible with Silverado 1500 ZR2, Sierra 1500 AT4X, Silverado 1500 Trail Boss, or Sierra 1500 AT4 submodels.
• Some submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control or certain diesel configurations may have reduced front lift ranges and may require additional components specific to those systems.
• Front lift ranges may vary by engine and equipment: many gasoline-equipped models see approximately 2.375"–3.75" front lift; many diesel or adaptive-equipped models see approximately 1.75"–3.00" front lift.
• Maximum rear lift is approximately 2.00".
• Recommended aftermarket wheel sizes commonly used with this system include: 17x8.5, 18x9, 20x9 (offset/backspace and fitment should be confirmed for each vehicle).
• Minor fender trimming and/or other small modifications may be required for some tire and wheel combinations.
