ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 EXP Suspension System — 2019–2026 GM 1500

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 EXP suspension system for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups delivers front-end lift and leveling, improved on- and off-road performance, and proper alignment at varying ride heights. The system pairs 2.5 EXP coilover front shocks that reuse the factory coil springs with serviceable billet tubular upper control arms featuring ICON’s Delta Joint, and ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks for balanced front-to-rear control.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed specifically for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups (Silverado 1500 and Sierra 1500).
• Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series coilovers — rebuildable 2.5" diameter design that utilizes factory coil springs and hardware; adjustable front ride height using snap ring.
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube shocks with internal reservoirs, tuned to complement the front coilovers.
• Upper control arms: Tubular billet upper control arms with corrected front-end geometry and added caster for improved drivability; includes serviceable Delta Joint to eliminate bind and allow full bump/droop travel.
• Construction: One-piece, impact-extruded hard-anodized aluminum cylinders; 7/8" induction-hardened chrome-plated shafts; CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finish.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Tire clearance: Supports fitment of larger tires with proper trimming — commonly up to 35"x12.50" (Silverado) or 34"x12.00" (Sierra) depending on trim; minor fender trimming/modifications may be required.

• Silverado and Sierra submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control may require additional parts (part numbers 71021 and 71022) and different front lift ranges.
• Most gas-engine Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra submodels will have a front lift range of approximately 2.375"–3.75" over stock; most diesel-engine submodels will have a front lift range of approximately 1.75"–3.0" over stock.
