ICON Stage 2 EXP Complete Suspension System — 2019–2026 GM 1500

The ICON Stage 2 EXP suspension system for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups combines ICON's 2.5 EXP front coilover technology with billet aluminum upper control arms and ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks. Designed to provide front lift and leveling for up to 35" tires, corrected front-end geometry, improved on- and off-road performance, and a balanced front-to-rear ride feel.

• Application: Designed specifically for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups (Silverado 1500 / Sierra 1500).
• Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series coilover front shocks that reuse the factory coil and hardware while delivering increased travel and custom-tuned performance.
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear shocks with internal reservoirs for improved on- and off-road performance and balanced tuning with the front coilovers.
• Upper control arms: Billet 6061 aluminum upper control arms providing corrected geometry, increased camber/caster adjustment, and improved suspension clearance.
• Delta Joint: Serviceable Delta Joint on the upper control arms for full bump and droop travel while reducing bind.
• Construction: One-piece, impact-extruded, hard-anodized aluminum cylinders; CNC-machined components with black anodized finish.
• Durability: 7/8" induction-hardened, chrome-plated shock shafts with inverted shaft-up design for strength and consistent performance.
• Rebuildable: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.
• Adjustable lift: Front adjustable ride heights generally range from 2.375"–3.75" over stock (varies by trim/engine) with up to 2" lift possible at the rear.

• Recommended wheel sizes and offsets: 17x8.5 with 4.75" backspace / 0mm offset; 18x9 with 5" backspace / 0mm offset; 20x9 with 5" backspace / 0mm offset.
• Recommended tire sizes: Silverado 1500 up to 35x12.50" (minor fender trimming/modifications may be required); Sierra 1500 up to 34x12.00" (minor fender trimming/modifications may be required).
• May require slight sanding of rear shock absorber mounts.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Trimming of the upper control arm stop is required or down travel will be limited by the upper arm stop.
• Trimming required for recommended tire sizes.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with Silverado 1500 ZR2 or Sierra 1500 AT4X submodels.
• Not compatible with Silverado 1500 Trail Boss or Sierra 1500 AT4 submodels.
• Submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control require additional part numbers 71021 and 71022.
• Diesel-equipped submodels will typically see a front lift range of 1.75"–3" over stock; gasoline-engine submodels will typically see a front lift range of 2.375"–3.75" over stock (lift varies slightly by trim/engine).
• Installation may require trimming of upper control arm droop stops and minor fender modifications for recommended tire fitment.
