ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 EXP

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 EXP complete suspension system for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups is an entry-level performance suspension that improves on- and off-road performance while providing front-end lift and leveling for proper stance and fitment of up to 35" tires. The system pairs 2.5 EXP series front coilover shocks that reuse the factory coil with ICON V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series rear monotube shocks for balanced control and improved ride quality.

• Vehicle fitment: Designed for 2019–2026 GM 1500 pickups (Silverado and Sierra).
• Front shocks: 2.5 EXP Series rebuildable coilover-style shocks that utilize the factory coil and hardware for suspension lift, custom-tuned performance, and maximum travel.
• Rear shocks: V.S. 2.0 Aluminum Series nitrogen-charged monotube shocks with internal reservoir, tuned to complement the front coilovers.
• Adjustable front ride height: Snap-ring adjustable—provides lift and leveling capability.
• Rear lift: Up to 2" maximum rear lift.
• Construction: One-piece impact-extruded hard-anodized aluminum cylinders, 7/8" induction-hardened chrome-plated shafts with inverted shaft-up design, and CNC-machined 6061 aluminum components with black anodized finish.
• Serviceability: All ICON shock absorbers are fully rebuildable and re-tunable.

• Front lift range for most gasoline-equipped submodels: approximately 2.375"–3.75" over stock (varies slightly by trim and engine).
• Front lift range for most diesel-equipped submodels: approximately 1.75"–3" over stock (varies).
• Tire fitment: up to 35"x12.50" (typical for Silverado) and up to 34"x12.00" (typical for Sierra); minor fender trimming or modifications may be required.
• Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5, 18x9, or 20x9 with approximately 0mm offset.
• May require slight sanding of rear shock absorber mounts.
• Trimming of body or fender areas is required for the recommended tire sizes.
• Requires recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) after installation.
• Not compatible with certain off-road submodels such as ZR2, AT4X, Trail Boss, or AT4.
• Certain submodels equipped with Adaptive Ride Control require additional components to complete installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
