ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 — GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 Suspension (2007–2018)

The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 suspension system for the GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 is engineered to significantly improve on- and off-road ride quality by increasing wheel travel and damping capability. The system combines vehicle-specific tuned components to enhance control, stability, and comfort throughout the suspension’s range of motion.

  • Vehicle fit: Designed for 2007–2018 GM Silverado/Sierra 1500 (2WD and 4WD)
  • Front coilovers: 2.5" coilover shocks with internal reservoir for improved cooling and damping
  • Springs: ICON-engineered Eibach coil springs for refined ride feel
  • Adjustable lift: Front coilovers adjustable from 1" to 3" to accommodate larger wheel and tire combinations
  • Rear shocks: ICON 2.0 Aluminum Series monotube rear IFP shocks with vehicle-specific valving and 5/8" shafts
  • Construction: 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum CNC-machined components and corrosion-resistant CAD-plated coilover bodies with 7/8" shafts
  • Hardware: High-strength alloy CNC-machined lower bar pins and FK rod end bearings for longevity and minimal deflection

  • OEM wheels and tires fitment: Yes
  • Recommended wheel sizes: 17x8.5" (4.75" backspace / 0mm offset), 18x9" (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset), 20x9" (5.00" backspace / 0mm offset)
  • Recommended tire size: 33" x 11.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications may be required)
  • Slight modifications to factory shock mounts may be required
  • Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
  • Trimming of the upper control arm stop may be required or down travel will be limited by the upper arm stop
  • Included rear shocks are compatible with 0–2" of rear lift on most models
  • Not compatible with models equipped with Magnetic Ride Control
  • Not recommended for Hybrid models
  • Requires aftermarket front upper control arms or removal of factory droop stop
  • Ships in multiple boxes
