ICON Vehicle Dynamics 7" Suspension System — 2011–2016 Super Duty

The ICON 7" Suspension System is engineered to deliver improved wheel travel, refined ride quality, and the ability to clear 37" tires while maintaining towing capability. Each component is designed to work together for maximum on- and off-road performance, durability, and serviceability.

• Lift capability: 7" front raise, 5" rear raise to accommodate up to 37" tires
• Spring and shock package: 7" dual-rate coil springs up front and 5" progressive-rate rear leaf springs with U-bolts; matched 2.5" Aluminum Series piggyback reservoir front and rear shocks with CDCV
• Improved damping: 2.5" reservoir shocks for consistent damping duration and cooler operating temperatures under heavy use
• Fabricated components: Fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges, track bar drop bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, forged pitman arm, and brake line brackets
• Serviceability: Shocks are fully serviceable and coilover heights are based on a stock-equipped vehicle
• No driveshaft modifications: No driveshaft modifications required for the stated lift heights

The ICON Radius Arm System features a sealed pivot bushing to minimize road feedback and ensure long life and quiet operation. The fully boxed, fabricated radius arms are profiled for maximum strength and optimized tire clearance at full steering lock to prevent contact with 37" tires.

• Recommended tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and additional modifications may be required)
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only
• This system may require a carrier bearing drop bracket kit
• '08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft
• Radius arm / 4-link frame brackets will require minor drilling into the frame to complete installation
• Shocks are fully serviceable; coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
• Retains factory block for the truck to sit level with the front of the truck
