ICON 7" Stage 5 Suspension System — 2011–2016 Super Duty

ICON Stage 5 7" suspension system for 2011–2016 Super Duty increases wheel travel and ride comfort while preserving towing capacity. This complete system provides sufficient lift to clear 37" tires and is engineered so each component works together for optimized on- and off-road performance.

The Stage 5 system combines heavy-duty suspension hardware with tuned damping. It includes dual-rate coil springs up front, a rear progressive-rate 5" lift leaf pack, and 2.5" aluminum-series piggyback reservoir shocks with CDCV for improved heat management, longer consistent damping, and externally adjustable ride tuning.

Notes:

• OEM wheels and tires fit.
• Recommended tire size: 37" x 12.50" (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required).
• Springs are rated for diesel engines only.
• '08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may need exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft.
• Radius arm / 4-link frame brackets require minor drilling into the frame to complete installation.
• Shocks are fully serviceable. Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle.
• Retains factory block so the truck sits level front to rear.
