ICON 7" Suspension System (2011–2016 Ford Super Duty)

The ICON 7" Suspension System is engineered to increase wheel travel and improve ride quality while retaining the Super Duty's towing capability. Designed as an integrated kit, each component is matched to work together for consistent on- and off-road performance and to clear up to 37" tires.

7" lift for clearance of up to 37" tires
Improved wheel travel and ride quality over stock without reducing towing capacity
Dual-rate coil springs matched to ICON 2.5 Series IFP shocks
2.5" Aluminum Series IFP shocks with one-piece impact-extruded aluminum cylinders for corrosion resistance
Fabricated radius arm drop mounts with brushed stainless badges
Track bar drop bracket and correctly positioned steering and track bar components
Forged pitman arm and sway bar links
Rear 5" progressive-rate leaf springs with U-bolts for a compliant ride
No driveshaft modifications needed for most configurations

Technical details

Shocks are fully serviceable
Coilover heights indicated are for a stock-equipped vehicle
Retains factory block for the truck to sit level with the front

Notes

Springs are rated for diesel engines only
Not applicable on vehicles equipped with a manual transmission
'08–current Super Duty models with gas engines may require exhaust modification to clear the front driveshaft
Recommended tire size: 37" x 12.50" — larger tires may fit but will likely require fender trimming and other modifications
